Catch and release on this intact piece I picked up from a true and well-known vintage Seiko aficionado with an impeccable reputation and equally impeccable taste. I just had too many come in at once.
Represented to me as being from February 1973 and original, and I believe it. 41mm case, 18mm lug width. No corrosion or moisture damage on the dial, indices, or lume plots. The orange dial still looks fantastic. Original bezel turns both ways. Date and day turn over correctly; quickset is for date only, as designed. Running beautifully on the couple of days Ive had it.
I put it on a vintage, Italian-made tropic strap (strap is actually 19mm but I squeezed it on.)
All in all a very lovely piece that is very tough to find in this condition.
Priced at $425 via PayPal includes shipping to CONUS. Shipping to other countries at my discretion and at cost but only to a PayPal verified address that is linked to your PayPal account and would enable me to print a shipping label and customs form directly and without having to go to the post office.
I have an excellent reputation on this site for quick, no nonsense deals, both ways. I would prefer to deal with someone who will provide the same type of transaction.
Thanks for looking!
