I've hung onto this one for quite a while. At first, I was under the impression it was the Cal 96 but thanks to Patek for providing the Archive Papers, we were able to get to the bottom of it. It's a very rare, very first, and very sought after Patek Calatrava Cal 592. The stainless steel case is 33mm.
This watch is from 1942. Very few were ever made with a stainless steel case and this is one of them. All parts are original and the watch keeps excellent time and functions as it should. The stainless case contains the original 18 jewel movement that is nothing short of a tiny masterpiece. The dial has never been refinished and has some patina/oxidation consistent with its age.Asking $22,500 shipped and insured. I'm open to offers but will otherwise put to auction. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any question or inquiries. PM or call/text at 818.856.0793
