Hello fellow watchuseekers. Today we have for sale a piece of horological history: an Omega Mk II racing reference number 145.014 with the legendary 861 calibre movement. The watch is in all original condition with the highly sought after original tritium dial, which can be seen in the photos. The overall condition of the watch is good to very good - please see the photos. The watch case measures 41mm, and wears slightly smaller, with a 20mm lug width. The watch comes on a gently used authentic Omega nato strap, black with stainless steel hardware. Also included is a rare extract from the Omega Archives, which details the history of this specific watch. The extract indicates the watch was originally delivered to Taiwan and dates the watch to October 26, 1970 making it one of the earlier examples. The service history is unknown but the watch is keeping accurate time, all chronograph functions operate correctly, and the pushers are crisp.
