Attention Hipsters, Ton Uppers, and Beatniks....
I have two 1964 BSA Starlite Motorcycles. Both are complete, one in running riding condition, the other one has a bit of rust inside the tank, and needs a peacock. These are rare but I assume if you are looking at the ad that you probably know what they are.
BSA "Starlite" was produced during 1964/65 and was called the "Beagle" on the other side of the pond. All these machines were driven by a 75cc 4 stroke overhead valve engine with a four speed gearbox which was styled on the Triumph Tiger Cub engine.
The color scheme for the Starlights was Red and Ivory and during the course of production 277 went to Hap Alzina on the West Coast and 296 to BSA New Jersey to supply the East Coast. There was a total of approximately 3100 made.
I am asking $ 4500.00 for the pair, and I am open to trades, offers, and may split them up if you are interested in only one.
